Layaway Terms

Our policy is that layaway is a commitment to purchase.

The layaway deposit and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Only wedding gowns priced $300 or more may be purchased through layaway.

LAYAWAY PERIOD

Gowns may be placed on layaway for a period of 3 months. The balance may be paid in full at any time during the layaway period.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made in the store with cash or credit card.

We do not accept checks.

Payment 1: A minimum of 25% deposit is required when placing a gown on layaway.

Payment 2: A minimum of 25% of the balance is due one month later.

Payment 3: A minimum of 25% of the balance is due two months later.

Payment 4: The remaining balance plus sales tax is due three months later.

EXPIRATION/CANCELLATION

Payments not received by the due dates will result in cancellation of the layaway and forfeiture of the deposit and any previous payments. Gowns will be returned to stock 5 days after a missed payment. If you wish to resume payments after cancellation, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
